Served from 7.30am to 10.30am.
A moment that makes you happy for the rest of the day. It can be adapted to suit your diet (gluten-free, vegan). It is served on the large dining room table or on the terrace in the shade of the mulberry trees.
A selection of fresh breads and pastries, coffee, tea, herbal teas, animal and plant milks.
A variety of homemade preparations that change daily: cakes, pancakes, waffles, pancakes, cakes of the day.
Yoghurts, eggs, a selection of charcuterie and local cheeses.
Cereals, dried fruit, fresh fruit, granola.
Jams, honey, spreads, butter.
Freshly squeezed fruit juices, apple and apricot juices from local producers.
Lunch on the go

Every lunchtime: 1 salad or 1 sandwich or 1 savoury sandwich / 1 delicacy / fresh water or homemade iced tea, to be enjoyed wherever you like on the estate and collected from reception between 12pm and 1pm or self-service in the poolside fridge.
Self-service snacks
Tea, herbal teas, coffee and flavoured water are served daily in the dining room, accompanied by homemade sweets.
The evening aperitif
Every evening between 6.30pm and 8.30pm, come and enjoy a glass of local wine or a cold drink in the bastide bar.
We offer a selection of local wines, carefully chosen from the region's passionate winemakers. For the curious wine-lover, nuggets from other French terroirs complete the menu.
You'll also find homemade fruit juices, homemade fruit cocktails (depending on the season) and a range of drinks to suit all tastes.
All accompanied by generous aperitif platters: cheeses, cold meats, crunchy vegetables and homemade spreads... to be enjoyed simply on the terrace.
